Voyagorlll: control system based on Windows XP (Embedded), provided with 2.4 G Inter Celeron processor, 256M memory, 80 G hard disk, two RS232 serial ports, built-in network card, two external and two built-in USB 2.0 interfaces, 15’’ TFT true color industrial touch screen, 66 fixed graphic databases, having such powerful functions as steel plate alignment, mirroring, rotation, program interrupt processing, dynamic cutting gap compensation, intelligent graphics input guide, macro parts nesting, etc. Graphical codes edition: it enables the nonprofessional personnel to modify graphics with codes in a short time. Break point and power off memory: during cutting it no longer needs to worry about sudden power failure, you can stop cutting at any time and turn to cut other parts. Advancing / backing along path: during cutting it’s possible to go forward or backward any time limitlessly. Moving parts during cutting: during cutting it’s possible to pause and adjust the parts positions at any time. Built-in multiple cutting logics: self-defining the control logics for oxy-fuel, plasma, laser and water cutting is possible. Super antijamming capability: able to arrange all kinds of large-scale plasma power supply. Remote control: capable of long distance control of the numerical control system via network. Supporting groove cutting and multiple groove cutting modes for variable groove, fixed groove, etc. It’s able to configure many sets of plasma cutting torches and directly communicate such plasmas as HPR 130 and HPR 260 plasmas.
